Garlic Chicken with Fresh Lettuce

Dishes:
1. Boiled Chicken
2. Ginger Sauce
3. Fresh Lettuce

Ingredients:
  1. 1kg of Chicken
  2. Lettuce
  3. Ginger
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Salt
  7. White Paper
  8. Fish Oil
  9. Sesame Oil
  10. Water
  11. Corn Flour mixed with water

Steps:

Boiled Chicken

  • Boil enough water while preparing the chicken
  • Chop reasonable amount of garlic and ginger
  • Put in the chopped garlic, ginger, salt and paper
  • After the mixture is well-boiled, put in the chicken and wait for until the chicken is well-done

Ginger Sauce

  • Grind onion, garlic and ginger with a proportion of 1:1:2
  • Heat a table spoon of sesame oil
  • Put in the above mixture and stir for about 2 minutes
  • Pour a reasonable amount of Fish Oil and stir for another minute
  • Pour a reasonable amount of corn flour that has been mixed with some water

Fresh Lettuce

  • Wash the fresh lettuce
*Notes:
Usually, I store the stock from the boiled chicken which might become a very good ingredients to prepare other dishes.
